I’m thinking about getting into riding. What does that look like?

We run a very small, individual-focused program for beginners, with just 2-4 open spots a semester. Students commit to three lessons a week for five months. Unless holidays or weather interfere, riders have two private mounted lessons a week and then join a group unmounted horse care lesson. This ensures that riders are introduced safely and thoroughly to the sport, with one-on-one attention. We require riders to be age 7 or older. Contact us for more information.

How much are lessons? Do we board?

We have 5 stalls and 4 runs with sheds; please contact us for lesson and boarding prices in our program.

What does showing look like?

To keep lessons and horses going at home, riders interested in competing in the “A” Hunter-Jumper circuit join the our good friends at Madrone Ranch Show stables out of Austin, TX to compete here in Texas and all over the country.
